We at Fisherofmen see the "Great Commision" (Mark 16:15) as a call to ALL who love and serve Jesus. Saddly many followers of Christ don't believe this is true for their life. Instead they believe their purpose in life is to trudge through the "daily" grind.
We are here to break that barrier down and offer a picture and adventure in God's plan that is MUCH larger than just themselves.
First to see the "big" picture, one must enter into the presence of God. We feel there is no better way to enter into His presence than through worship, confession, and prayer. To accomplish this our worship leader, Brad Orchard, will lead us through different songs of worship and prayers of thanksgiving. Drawing us ever closer and closer to God's heart.
In addition to providing our own worship, we will provide a multi-media experience showing the depravity of many of the nations and people we have visited We will also provide any additional materials, such as pamphlets or additional DVD/CD's.
Our goal is NOT to convict anyone, The Holy Spirit will do that. Instead it is to spur people into action. Through heart wrenching stories, personal experiences, and related stories we will re-inforce the Great Commission and the importance that each life has in God's story.
We want to leave people with practical ways of sharing the love of Jesus to a hurting and desperate world. Understand this is not a 10 step program, but instead a jumping off point to open the minds that have been closed for so long.
Fisherofmen is not in the ministry for money sake. So if your organization resides or meets within the Oklahoma City metro area, there will be no expenses involved.
But, if your organization resides outside of the Oklahoma City metro area we will have to ask for necessary travel expenses.
In addition we would ask your organization to consider a love offering to be donated towards one of the many projects that 4 H.I.M. has ongoing. (This gift will be donated in the name of your organization.)
Last we would like to offer any of our DVD's or CD's for sale. The proceeds from all of these again go directly towards projects of 4 H.I.M.
